Uranus Atmospheric Module Upgrade for Orbiter 2010
by DR_AERONAUTICS
----------------------------------

Description
----------------------------------

This provides Uranus with an atmospheric module (it has none by default). The module will simulate the atmosphere from 65 bars up to 7765km above that (the exosphere), in 9 distinct layers. As the atmoshphere has not been directly sampled, the module is simpler than my Jupiter one. For more information and technotes please see the PDF.

Installation
----------------------------------

1. To install, unzip Uranus_ATM_Module to a temporary location like your desktop.
2. Navigate to Orbiter 2010/Config and back up Uranus.cfg by copying it out to a safe location so you can revert later if desired.
3. Copy the contents of Module Package to your Orbiter install directory. If prompted to merge folders answer Yes. 4. When prompted to overwrite Uranus.cfg, confirm you backed up the file. Then answer Copy and Replace.
5. Start Orbiter to access the Orbiter Launchpad.
6. Choose the Extra bubble on the left pane.
7. Expand the radio button beside "Celestial body configuration".
8. Click the text "Atmosphere Configuration".
9. Click Edit below the text field.
10. In the Celestial Body Dropdown, choose Uranus.
11. Under Atmospheric model click the dropdown.
12. Choose Uranus_ATM. Click Apply. Then click close.
13. This addon should now be completely installed, and Uranus will have a realistic atmosphere.

To Deactivate
----------------------------------
- To improve performance in Orbiter when you are not going to Uranus at all, I recommend the following:
1. Execute steps 5-11 of the install instructions
2. [None]. Click Apply. Then click close.
3. This addon should now be inactive until you re-activate from step 5 of the installation
